BAE Systems Detica has a highly regarded research department providing tailored and unique information security research for Australian organisations drawing from many years of experience in completing consulting engagements for our clients, engaging with industry thought-leaders, and conducting our own independent research throughout the information security field. 
Detica information security research services include product and vendor reviews & recommendations, custom research reports, organizational security benchmarking, and threat trends & directions reports.
Our reports have been tabled at meetings of the Asia-Pacific Economic Co-operation (APEC) Telecommunication and Information Working Group, and have been referenced in reports issued by the European Parliament.
Detica has successfully completed research projects for the Department of Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy (DBCDE), on behalf of the IT Security Expert Advisory Group (ITSEAG) of the Trusted Information Sharing Network (TISN).
